Directions: 6666 4th St. NW in Los Ranchos is located on the east side of 4th Street, just north of Osuna, between the Auto Zone and Plants of the Southwest, across the street from Weck's. Please come into the building and have a seat in the waiting area; I will come out and show you to my office when it is time for your appointment to start.

Centennial/HMO: Blue Cross/Blue Shield; Humana; Molina; Presbyterian; Cigna (HMO and EAP); Magellan (EAP); Western Skies. If you do not see your insurance listed, please inquire.
BILLING & PAYMENT
Cash and checks are accepted. Insurance claims are filed as needed. Clients are requested to inquire about the amount of co-pay or deductible to be paid at time of service.
